    Smoking and pressure canning class

    I am posting this to see if there would be any interest in having a class on the most up to date methods used to home can and smoke fish.
    The science has changed in the past couple of years, and using the correct methods insure you, your family, and friends are not in danger of illness from consuming incorrectly canned products.

    So, it's changed from Tuna -15 lbs Salmon 11 lbs. both for 90-100 minutes?
